It is a World Heritage Australian Convict Site and a unique wildlife preserve – a Noah’s Ark for species conservation and home to Tasmanian Devils, a prodigious population of wombats, as well as rare land and sea birds. Add to this it boasts stunning coastal cliffs, secluded coves and beaches and a network of roads and walking trails that will keep you entertained for days. On this 3 day pack-free walk you’ll explore the amazing Fossil Cliffs and the gorgeous colours and patterns of the Painted Cliffs. You’ll stand upon the summit of spectacular Bishop and Clerk Mountain and the highest peak on the island Mt Maria. To top it off, explore the remote southern reaches of the island with its beaches and turquoise ocean on a fun cycling adventure to create a perfect island holiday.
